I just created a service order form - thanks to Google Docs - to make it easier for customers to get a quote. Customers just fill out the form. When they hit the Submit button, I will be automatically notified. It will be a little quicker. Then I will reply with the quote. Once customers and I agree about the price, they will be able to send me their document. Or... I will send an e-mail to the customer with the link to the Upload Documents page. Once I am notified, I can download it into my computer and delete the uploaded document. Genius, eh? Hehehehe... |
