I have created the file cabinet page so customers can upload their documents, in addition to e-mailing them.
Regardless of how customers will send me the documents, I would still need the contact information (name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, their deadline, etc.). The aforementioned information can be included in the File Description field (when using the file uploading tool) or in the e-mail body (when e-mailing me the file).
I will put all completed documents in the folder with the same name. I'm just not sure about the security of the individual files. I may try it out sometime.
